Cancellation Options

At Barcelona Living, we understand that plans can change. We've designed our cancellation policy to be as flexible as possible while still ensuring the sustainability of our business. Please review our cancellation options below.

Standard Cancellation Policy

• For stays less than 1 month: Full refund if cancelled at least 7 days before check-in.
• For stays 1-3 months: Full refund if cancelled at least 14 days before check-in.
• For stays 3+ months: Full refund if cancelled at least 30 days before check-in.

Cancellations made after these periods may be eligible for a partial refund, depending on the circumstances.

Flexible Cancellation Option

For an additional fee, you can add our Flexible Cancellation Option to your booking. This allows you to cancel up to 48 hours before check-in for a full refund, regardless of the length of your stay.

Long-Term Stay Adjustments

For stays longer than 3 months, we offer the ability to shorten your stay with 30 days notice. You'll receive a refund for the unused nights, minus a small administrative fee.

Extenuating Circumstances

In cases of unexpected events beyond your control (e.g., severe illness, travel restrictions), please contact our support team. We'll work with you to find the best solution.
